thank-you Kay for your notice of this painting. New York as a wonderful place of so much culture I grew p up not that far away and used to take the train to Manhattan. the older generation of my family all came over thru ellis island. settled in the lower east side with all the other immigrants NY has such a rich colorful history. definitely must be preserved so much bravery from the firemen and police volunteers. yes, kay so sad. thank-you again
